Job description

TrustWeaver offers fun and challenging legal work in a multinational work environment within cutting-edge IT security/e-commerce, from a centrally located office in Stockholm.

We are looking for a lawyer and/or a paralegal to strengthen our legal team. Work includes global research within international e-commerce law (including indirect tax and e-invoicing, e-signatures, e-contracting), participation in product development, contract negotiations, conferences and other customer facing activities. Our current legal team members have roots in Argentina, China, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain and Sweden.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Indirect tax/VAT law – preferred
  • Privacy and data protection – relevant
  • ICT-law – relevant
  • Languages
    • Excellent command of English – required (whereas Swedish not required)
    • Additional language skills such as German, Turkish, Russian, Hungarian or other – relevant
